摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device of a power voltage phase, which can successively and highly precisely detect a power voltage phase with a simple structure, and to provide a detection method of the power voltage phase. <P>SOLUTION: The detection device of a power voltage phase for detecting the phase of a multi-phase power voltage includes: coordinate system conversion means converting a phase voltage or line voltage of the multi-phase power voltage into an orthogonal fixed coordinate system, and converting the orthogonal fixed coordinate system into an orthogonal rotary coordinate system having a voltage axis showing a peak voltage of an arbitrary phase in multiple phases and a voltage axis orthogonal to the voltage axis; and phase adjusting means adjusting the phase for conversion into the orthogonal rotary coordinate system so that a voltage value on the orthogonal voltage axis becomes zero.
