<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant bearer, with which forces of a spring assembly can be more easily transmitted, and an improved compensation to the changing forces of a main spring assembly can be ensured. <P>SOLUTION: The constant bearer (1) is provided for moving loads, especially pipelines and similar. The constant bearer includes a fastening part (2), a load-bearing part (3), and a spring system (4) located between the fastening part (2) and the load-bearing part (3) for generating a constant bearing force.
