LIQUID SENDING DEVICE AND LIQUID SENDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply fine bubbles having a desired size.

SOLUTION: A liquid sending device 1 is provided with: a pipe 3 in which a liquid containing the fine bubbles flows; and a swirl flow generation part 8 provided in the middle of the pipe 3 to generate a swirl flow in the pipe 3 by giving swirl movement to the liquid flowing in the pipe 3. Accordingly, since the swirl flow is generated in the pipe 3, adhesion of the fine bubbles in the liquid to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe 3 is suppressed and stable supply of the fine bubbles can be achieved.
