<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-traveling crusher that can improve efficiency in discharging sorted fine grains by a chute. <P>SOLUTION: The self-traveling crusher includes a body frame 10; a hopper 2 provided at a one-side upper part in the longitudinal direction of the body frame 10 to receive material to be crushed; a vibrating feeder 20 sorting the material to be crushed supplied into the hopper 2, into large lumps and fine grains according to the grain size and sifting out the fine grains while conveying the large lumps to the other side in the longitudinal direction of the body frame 10 by vibrating; and the chute 30 provided below the vibrating feeder 20 to vibrate integrally with the vibrating feeder and arranged inclining downward in a discharge direction so as to receive and discharge the sorted fine grains to the outside in the lateral direction of the body frame 10. The chute 30 is arranged at such an installation inclination angle λ that a discharge action by frictional force to the fine grains on the chute 30 exceeds a retention action by an upward component of exciting force of the vibrating feeder 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
