WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION BUILDING FRAME, BUILDING FRAME WATERPROOF METHOD, DISC MEMBER, AND DISC SETTING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction building frame capable of preventing a screw head from projecting upward from a through-hole due to a disc member lowering even if a heat insulation material shrinks downward by aged deterioration.

SOLUTION: In a fixing screw 200, a screw head 210 having a large diameter is formed at the upper end of a screw shaft 220 having a small diameter. A through-hole 110 of a disc member 100 is formed such that the screw shaft 220 is inserted into the through-hole 110 and the screw head 210 is resiliently engaged with the through-hole 110. Accordingly, even if a heat insulation material 320 which becomes the upper layer of a structure 300 shrinks downward by aged deterioration, for example, the disc member 100 is lowered and thus the screw head 210 does not project upward from the through-hole 110.
