<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit room capable of surely preventing water from leaking to the outside of a room from between a lower end of a joint packing inserted between wall panels and a floor panel. <P>SOLUTION: A bond packing 32 is inserted in a clearance between a wall panel 18 and a wall panel 20 arranged on a floor panel 12 integrated with a bathtub. A base part 38 of a water cut-off member 36 is disposed to be in close contact with the top face of the floor 12B, and a cut-off part 50 to which a seal elastic body 54 is attached is provided at an indoor side end of the base part 38. Although the case that a clearance S2 is opened between the lower end of the bond packing 32 and the base part 38 of the water cut-off member 36 may be considered, water is prevented from leaking to the outside of a room through the lower side clearance of the bond packing 32, since the seal elastic body 54 seals the clearance S2 from the indoor side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
