A solar cell array management system (100) is provided with an array electricity production measuring device (130), and a solar cell array inspection device (110). The solar cell array inspection device (110) comprises: a cell deterioration characteristics data calculation unit; an array rated electricity production calculation unit that calculates the rated electricity production of a solar cell array on the basis of the deterioration characteristics data for the power generation performance of solar cells calculated by the cell deterioration characteristics data calculation unit; and an array deterioration degree assessment unit which, on the basis of the measured value for the electricity production of the solar cell array measured by the array electricity production measuring device, and the rated electricity production of the solar cell array calculated by the array rated electricity production calculation unit, assesses whether the degree of deterioration of the solar cell array is within an acceptable range in which operation is permitted.
