PURPOSE: An advertisement providing system for removing a premium according to providing user benefits about an internet advertisement and a method thereof are provided to accurately reflect quality in a real advertisement to a quality index and determine ranking, thereby determining an advertisement which the quality is high as high ranking. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement confirming unit(810) confirms advertisements exposed according to a keyword. A member store advertisement confirming unit(820) confirms a member store advertisement of a member store providing user benefits. A ranking index calculating unit(830) calculates ranking indexes of the confirmed advertisements. The ranking index calculating unit downward adjusts the ranking indexes according to the user benefits.
