Disclosed is a photosensitive resin composition, which is capable of providing a cured film that has high transmittance after curing, while having small decrease in the transmittance even when heated, and which has extremely high sensitivity even in cases where no PEB is carried out. The photosensitive resin composition contains (A) an acetal resin, (B) a photoacid generator and (C) a solvent. The acetal resin (A) contains a structural unit (a1) having a structure that generates a carboxyl group by the action of an acid, a structural unit (a2) having a carboxyl group or a phenolic hydroxy group, a structural unit (a3) having an epoxy group or an oxetanyl group, and a structural unit (a4) having a hydroxy group or an alkyleneoxy group. The content ratio by mole among the structural units (a1)-(a4), namely (a1):(a2):(a3):(a4) is 0.2-0.65:0.02-0.2:0.2-0.6:0.005-0.3, and the content of the structural unit (a4) in the acetal resin (A) is within the range of 3-30% by mass. |
