The first utility unit (4a) has a first-utility-side heat exchanger (41a) that can function as a radiator for heat-source-side refrigerant introduced through the discharged refrigerant conduit (12), and the utility unit can operate to heat an aqueous medium using heat radiated from the heat-source-side refrigerant in the first-utility-side heat exchanger (41a). The second utility unit (10a) has a second-utility-side heat exchanger (101a) that can function as an evaporator for heat-source-side refrigerant introduced through the liquid refrigerant conduit (13), and the utility unit can operate to cool an air medium by means of the evaporation of the heat-source-side refrigerant in the second-utility-side heat exchanger (101a). |
