<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode illumination lamp that can adjust to an optimum an angle of illumination direction in an installation place. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting diode illumination lamp has an LED module having a substrate 2 on which a plurality of light-emitting diodes 1 arranged in a straight line are installed, a translucent tubular cover 4 which surrounds the LED module, and tube-end closing parts 5' which respectively close both end openings of the translucent tubular cover 4. The tube-end closing part 5' includes a fixing part 6' in which a recessed part is formed and a female positioning part consisting of a plurality of unevennesses is formed at an inner circumference of the recessed part, and a terminal part 7' which has a male positioning part 7b' to be engaged with the female positioning part 6b' in the fixing part 6' and has two electrode pins 7c' installed to be connected to a socket of an outside fixture.
