<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack being resistant to vibrations and impacts and exhibiting stable characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The battery pack comprises a battery protector 400 having a first plate part 420 and a second plate part 440 integrally connected to both edges of the first plate part 420 in the cross direction and extending in the direction approximately perpendicular to both surfaces of the first plate part 420. A flat battery 100 is mounted on the first plate part 420.
