[Problem] To enable the guidance of high-energy light to be measured while suppressing end-surface loss in an optical fiber during photoacoustic measurement that is performed while guiding the light to be measured using the optical fiber. [Solution] A photoacoustic measurement device (10) is provided with: a diffuser plate (12) that diffuses laser light (Lo) entering from the upstream side of an optical system; a focusing lens system (13) that focuses the laser light (Lo) that has been diffused by the diffuser plate (12); and an optical fiber cable (14) that contains optical fibers (41) having a core (41a)/cladding (41b) structure, and that is disposed in a manner so that laser light (Lo) focused by the focusing lens system (13) enters from one end of the cable. A light-radiating unit (15) radiates the laser light (Lo) guided by the optical fiber cable (14) as the light (L) to be measured.
