<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head, etc. having excellent crack resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head includes: a channel forming plate having a plurality of pressure generating chambers communicating with nozzle holes; a diaphragm formed above the channel forming plate; piezoelectric elements having first electrodes arranged above the diaphragm to correspond the pressure generating chambers, piezoelectric layers formed above the first electrodes, and second electrodes formed above the piezoelectric layers; and a plurality of common conductive layers connected to the first electrodes.
