PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which enables a user to visually grasp attribute information and recognize the attribute information in multi-aspect.

SOLUTION: A personnel information display device 1 comprises a data acquisition unit 113 and an output control unit 114. The data acquisition unit 113 acquires a plurality of pieces of map information which are hierarchically associated with each other according to each map scale, and personnel information about personnel at a position on a map in map information according to a map scale of the map information. The output control unit 114 executes control for outputting display of the map information acquired by the data acquisition unit 113 by superposing the acquired personnel information on the map information.
