PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp an environmental load amount for each individual.

SOLUTION: An information processor comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring personal identification information for identifying an individual; a control unit for generating association information by associating the personal identification information acquired by the acquisition unit with an environmental load amount which is a load amount imposed on the environment by the individual; and a storage unit for storing the association information generated by the control unit. The control unit may associate the personal identification information with a power consumption amount which is an amount of electric power consumed by using the information processor, as the environmental load amount. Also, the acquisition unit may acquire history information about actions of the individual, and the control unit may associate the personal identification information with an environmental load amount acquired by analyzing the history information.
