<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomembrane sealing agent for a pain after tissue damage and occurrence of an acute pain in an acute inflammation model. <P>SOLUTION: Demonstrated are the efficacies of medical agents in a class called "biomembrane sealing agents" for mercy of severity and acute pain in the acute inflammation model. Injectable form of the biomembrane sealing agent for preventive use after issue damage (i.e. post-injury or post-surgery) can be administrated also before the occurrence of acute or chronic pains, and use as a depot preparation are explained. Moreover, it is possible to reduce the severity after onset of acute or chronic pains by using this biomembrane sealing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
