<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal oxide particle dispersion composition capable of improving denseness of a metal oxide particle after deposition and capable of forming a metal oxide semiconductor thin film and a transparent conductive film which have desired performance. <P>SOLUTION: A metal oxide particle dispersion composition for forming a transparent conductive film contains a metal oxide particle, a metal salt and/or an organometallic compound, and a solvent. The metal oxide particle contains an oxide of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Zn, Ga, In, Sn, Al, Sb, Cd and Fe. The metal salt and/or the organometallic compound is a metal salt of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Zn, Ga, In, Sn, Al, Sb, Cd and Fe, and/or an organometallic compound including at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Zn, Ga, In, Sn, Al, Sb, Cd and Fe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
