<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique which enables a customer to select one operator from operators corresponding to customer's intention and requirements. <P>SOLUTION: An information providing device comprises: an evaluation information storage unit for storing operator information for uniquely identifying an operator, dealing contents performed by the operator and evaluation information of the operator for the dealing contents, in association; and recommendation list creation unit for retrieving dealing contents corresponding to an inquiry item demanded by a customer from the evaluation information storage unit to create a recommendation list of operators dealing with inquiry of the customer based on the evaluation information associated with the retrieved dealing contents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
