<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system capable of preventing a reduction in operational efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A memory system according to one embodiment comprises: a first storage section for holding data that associates an internal temperature of a semiconductor chip and access permission/non-permission with each other; a temperature measuring section for measuring the internal temperature of the semiconductor chip; and a controlling section that calculates the access permission/non-permission associated with the internal temperature having been measured from the data, executes a sequence with respect to the semiconductor chip permitted to access and does not execute the sequence with respect to the semiconductor chip not permitted to access. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
