<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper capable of coping with large variation torque by a plurality of power sources without increasing dimensions and weight. <P>SOLUTION: The damper 30 for a hybrid drive device performs transmission while suppressing the variation torque produced by an engine 10 and an electric motor 20.
