<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink cartridge having an opening that enables visual check of the internal parts other than a stopper of an ink bag, and including a case that can be easily manufactured with a simple mold. <P>SOLUTION: The ink cartridge includes an ink bag that receives the ink, and a case 2 that is made of resin and receives the ink bag. The case 2 is formed by joint of a body 3 and a cap 4. A body 3 includes a left wall 30 and a rear wall etc. that extends nearly vertically to the left wall 30. The cap 4 is opposed to the left wall 30. The rear wall is composed of a back surface 331 and slope 332 to form an obtuse angle. The back surface 331 has a first exposure opening 336. From the first exposure opening 336, a part of the movable member of which position changes according to the remaining amount of the ink provided in case 2 is exposed.
