With the method for producing an amine compound (5) according to the present invention, that includes the following steps, it is possible to produce an amine compound regardless of the presence of inorganic salts. Step (1), a step in which R-Mg-X1 is reacted with X2-Zn-X2; Step (2), a step in which reaction product containing R-ZN-R, an imine compound (1), copper compound and phosphoramidite compound are mixed together to react the R-ZN-R and the imine compound (1); and Step (3), a step in which the N-protected amine compound (2) is deprotected.
