<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent failure to detect an infectious disease. <P>SOLUTION: In a detection method, multiple retrieval devices in medical institutions which store electronic medical charts are caused to search for information input in electronic medical charts as retrieval object with a first keyword. When the number of retrieval objects retrieved with the first keyword reaches a specified number or a specified proportion in a specified number of retrieval devices, the following processing is executed. Specifically, in the method, each of the multiple retrieval devices is caused to search for information input in the electronic medical charts as retrieval object with a second keyword which is different from the first keyword, and an alert is output based on the retrieval results obtained with the first and second keywords. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
