<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a wireless suspension using a polyimide resin suitable for etching by wet process and superior in adhesion properties as an adhesive insulating layer. <P>SOLUTION: This resin laminate suitable for etching by wet process and superior in adhesion properties is provided, wherein an insulating layer of the laminate comprising a first inorganic layer-insulating layer-second inorganic layer or inorganic layer-insulating layer is two or more resin layers containing a core insulating layer and an adhesive insulating layer, and the laminate includes the adhesive insulating layer allowing the optimum etching to be performed. At least one layer constituting the insulating layer comprises a polyimide resin which has a glass transition temperature of 150 to 360°C, and exhibits a rate of dissolution in a basic solution of 3 μm/min or more, preferably 5 μm/min or more, and most preferably 8 μm/min or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
