<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking mechanism of a valve device, which is capable of holding a valve body at a predetermined opening position without energization to a rotary driving source, and also which eliminates the need for a special driving mechanism to release the holding in the predetermined opening position of the valve body. <P>SOLUTION: The locking mechanism 80 of the valve devices 36a, 36b includes: a ball 81 abuttable to a wall surface 64c in a rack 63 moving with the valve body 46; and a spring member 82 for pushing the ball 81 to a wall surface 64c, wherein the valve body 46 is held by a frictional force generated when the ball 81 is pushed to the wall surface 64c in the rack 63. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
