<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent solidification of the molten resin in an opening surface of a discharge port of a nozzle or a die or a T-die in a resin molding apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The resin molding apparatus forms the resin product by discharging the molten resin from an injection device on the mold through the nozzle or the die or the T-die and mold clamping next. An infrared heater 4 to keep warm or to heat the molten resin of the opening surface of a discharge port 2 is arranged diagonally in front of the discharge port 2 toward the discharge port 2 in the resin molding apparatus. Moreover, a shutter 8 may be provided to close the discharge port 2 instead of keeping warm or heating the molten resin of the opening surface of discharge port 2 by using the infrared heater, and heat this shutter 8 by a heater 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
