<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze atomization with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The atomization inspection device includes: a freezer 20 for freezing atomized particles jetted from an injection valve 12; a first tray 22 for capturing frozen atomized particles 26 of a diameter equal to or larger than a predetermined size among the atomized particles 26 frozen in the freezer 20; a second tray 24 for capturing the frozen atomized particles 26 passing through the first tray 22; and analyzing means 84 for analyzing the frozen atomized particles 26 by separately imaging the frozen atomized particles 26 captured by the first and second trays 22, 24, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
