Provided is a compound which has amyloid ß production inhibitory activity, especially a BACE-1 inhibitory effect and is useful as a therapeutic agent for diseases induced by the production, secretion or deposition of amyloid ß protein. Examples of the compound include a compound represented by formula (I) and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. (In the formula, ring B represents a substituted or unsubstituted carbon ring or heterocyclic ring; R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; each of R2a and R2b independently represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; each of R3, R4a and R4b independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; the broken line represents the presence or absence of a bond; R5 represents a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; R6 represents a halogen group, a hydroxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; and p represents an integer of 0-3.)
