PURPOSE: A method for preparing chitooligosaccharides or chitosan oligosaccharides is provided to increase producing reaction speed and to lower cost for preparing chitooligosaccharides or chitosan oligosaccharides. CONSTITUTION: An enzymetic method for preparing chitooligosaccharides or chitosan oligosaccharides using chitin or chitosan comprises: a step of putting dried chitin or chitosan into a hammer mill and pulverizing in a size of 100-300 mesh; a step of putting the pulverized material into an ACM pulverizer in a size of 5,000-10,000; and a step of putting the pulverized material into a dry or wet ball mill and pulverizing in a size of 50-20,000nm. The method is performed using fungi including Aspergillus sp., Muco sp., and Penicillium sp., endo and exo chitinase and chitosanase, or chitin or chitosan of a nanoparticle.
