PURPOSE: A thin film type solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a sputtering device for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce defects of a light absorbing layer by improving adhesion between a rear electrode layer and the light absorbing layer. CONSTITUTION: A barrier layer(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A rear electrode layer(30) is formed on the barrier layer. A light absorbing layer(40) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(50) is formed on the light absorbing layer. A transparent conductive layer(60) is formed on the buffer layer. A front electrode layer(70) is formed on the transparent conductive layer. |
