PURPOSE: The idler roller rotation detecting system of an industrial conveyer belt and an apparatus and a method thereof are provided to notify the RPM information of an idler roller and surface temperature information of the idler roller to an administrator through wireless transmission. CONSTITUTION: The idler roller rotation detecting system of an industrial conveyer belt comprises a plurality of sensing means, a plurality of herbs(101), a communications unit(102), and an idler roller rotation detecting device. The sensing means transmits the RPM information of an idler roller and surface temperature information of the idler roller and executes wireless transmission. The herb receives the RPM information and the surface temperature information according to a receiving area and successively transmits the RPM information and the surface temperature information according to setting sequence. The communications unit collects the information which is transmitted from a plurality of herbs and transfers. |
