PURPOSE: An adhesive-free composite made of a polyarylene ether ketone foil and of a metal foil is provided to enhance adhesive force and layflat. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive-free composite made of a polyarylene ether ketone foil and of a metal foil comprises 60-96 parts by weight of polyarylene ether ketone foil, 2-25 parts by weight of hexagonal boron nitride, and 2-25 parts by weight of talc. The adhesive-free composite provides foil having the thickness of 5-1200 micro meters. The adhesive-free composite compresses the provided foil at the temperature of T_m - 40K - T_m + 40K and the pressure of 4-5000 bar. Here, T_m is crystalline melting point of polyarylene ether ketone among molded compositions. T_m is measured at heating and cooling speed of 20K/min in the second heating process according to ISO 11357.
