<p>PURPOSE: An electrostatic charge image developing toner, an electrostatic charge image developing developer, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge, an image forming apparatus, and an image for method are provided to improve the image intensity of halftone images formed on rough fiber-based paper. CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic charge image developing toner includes a binding resin containing an amorphous polyester resin and a coloring agent. An image forming apparatus includes an image keeping unit, a charging unit(10), a latent image forming unit, a developing unit(16), and a transferring unit. The charging unit charges the surface of the image keeping unit. The developing unit forms toner images by forming electrostatic latent images on the surface of the image keeping unit using a developing agent.
