摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of forming a more uniform and dense protective film 12 on the surface of a substrate composed of an alloy, or the like, containing Cr that is used in a cell for SOFC, and to provide a cell for SOFC using that protective film 12. <P>SOLUTION: When forming a protective film 12 on the surface of a substrate containing Cr that is used in a cell for SOFC, an electrodeposition step for forming an electrodeposition film on the surface of a substrate by anion electrodeposition coating method by using a mixture of metal oxide fine particles and an anion type resin is carried out, a calcination step for forming a calcined film by calcining the electrodeposition coating and burning out the resin component therein is carried out, and then a sintering step for forming a protective film 12 composed of a metal oxide by sintering the calcined film is carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
