<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blower capable of reducing noise caused by a leak flow and of suppressing increases in transportation cost and storage space, and to provide an air conditioner having the centrifugal blower. <P>SOLUTION: A bell mouth 6 has an air flow-out end 6c opened roundly and the air outflow end 6c is inserted in an opening of an air intake end while a predetermined gap is provided between it and an air intake end 15a. An air-flow resistance part 20 is disposed so as to surround the air intake end and the air flow-out end 6c from the outsides, and is provided with a plurality of bores over the entire thereof.
