<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a wiring space of a glass substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An image capturing unit includes: a glass substrate 11 having a first surface 11B and a second surface 11A on an opposite side to the first surface 11B, with a first wiring pattern 14 being provided upon at least the first surface 11B; an image sensor 12 that is electrically connected to the first wiring pattern 14, and that is mounted upon the first surface 11B of the glass substrate 11; and a piezoelectric element 13 that is disposed upon the first surface 11B or upon the second surface 11A, and that is electrically connected to the first wiring pattern 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
