E-MAIL CONTROLLER, CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform e-mail transmission control by controlling transmission of an e-mail based on records of transmission control and/or inspection in the past for a combination of a transmission source and a transmission destination of the e-mail.

SOLUTION: An e-mail controller is configured to: store a risk value indicating a risk degree for transmitting an e-mail based on records of transmission control and/or inspection in the past for a combination of a transmission source and a transmission destination of the e-mail; store risk conditions indicating conditions for determining whether to permit transmitting an e-mail based on its risk value; determine a risk value of an e-mail to be transmitted from an e-mail transmission terminal according to a risk value corresponding to a combination of a transmission source and a transmission destination of the e-mail; and perform control whether to permit transmitting the e-mail based on its risk value and risk conditions.
