<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a compact cylinder device with a servomechanism in an energy saving manner. <P>SOLUTION: A piston (22) is inserted vertically movably to the upper part of a housing (20) and a pushing face (27) is disposed on the lower part of a pushing rod (24) which is projected from the piston (22) to the lower side. An output rod (36) is inserted vertically movably to the lower part of the housing (20) and a bearing surface (38) is disposed on the upper part of the output rod (36). Three arms (52) are arranged with intervals in the circumferential direction in a servo chamber (50) formed in the housing (20). The upper part of the outer side in the radial direction of the arm (52) is supported rotatably by a supporting point pin (54) so that the arm (52) can swing vertically. Further, an input roller (57) rotatably supported on the upper part of the inner side in the radial direction of the arm (52) is abutted on the pushing face (27) and an output roller (60) supported rotatably on the lower part of the inner side in the radial direction of the arm (52) is abutted on the bearing surface (38). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
