<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing apparatus which removes dirt of a body to be washed using a flaky washing medium, and which, even when the dirt of strong adhesion sticks to the body to be washed, can moves the washing medium while reducing the stay thereof, thereby having improved washing quality. <P>SOLUTION: A washing nozzle for blowing an airflow to the washing medium and the body to be washed produces a nonstationary airflow and thereby can change direction and strength of the airflow.
