PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dental implant is provided to improve osteogenesis after an implant operation and to reduce a synostosis period. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a dental implant is as follows. Roughness is formed on a dental implant surface of a titanium or Ti-alloy material. A contaminating source on the surface is oxidized by irradiating ultraviolet ray with 10-400nm wavelength on the implant surface. A contaminating source on the surface is volatilized through the acceleration of the oxidation of the contaminating source on the surface by irradiating ultraviolet ray with 180-190nm wavelength on the implant surface.
