<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical unit with swing correcting function capable of preventing a spring member from being damaged even when a movable body is swingably supported by the spring member. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical unit 100 with swing correcting function, a stopper mechanism 810 is provided which defines a movable range of a movable body 3 when a protrusion 81 projecting from a stopper member 8 of the movable body 3 abuts on a solid body 200 side and thereby the movable body 3 is displaced in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis direction. Accordingly, the movable range of the movable body 3 is restricted even when the movable body 3 is displaced in the direction orthogonal to the optical axis direction due to impact applied to the movable body 3.
