<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TV conference system utilizing extraction of a face area and a sound field control technique and the like. <P>SOLUTION: A TV conference system includes: photographing means for photographing the image of an own device side; image processing means for obtaining the positions of face areas, the screen watching degree of each face area, and the direction of the face in each face area from the image photographed by the photographing means; image information transmitting means for transmitting the image, the positions of the face areas, and the screen watching degree of each face area to an opposite device side; image information receiving means for receiving the image photographed in the opposite device side, the positions of face areas of the opposite device side, and the screen watching degree of each face area from the opposite device side; blurring means for assuming the watched face area among positions of the face areas of the opposite device side from the directions of the faces in the face areas of the own device side regarding each received face area having a high image screen watching degree to perform a blurring processing to the positions of the face areas which are other than the watched face area among positions of face areas and have a low screen watching degree when displaying the image; and display means for displaying an image to be displayed which has been subjected to the blurring processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
