<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular saw excellent in a damping property, a laminated material used for the circular saw, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the laminated material in which two or more steel plates are laminated on each other, a copper layer having a thickness of 50 μm or smaller and formed of pure copper or a copper alloy is present on the whole or a part of a jointed surface of the steel plates, and a non-jointed area has an area rate of 50-85% per jointed surface of the steel plates. The laminated material is used for the circular saw, and the circular saw formed of the laminated material is excellent in the damping property. In the manufacturing method for a laminated material, unevenness is formed on the surface of the copper-plated steel plate having a copper-plated layer with a thickness of 3-25 μm so as to make height differences between recessed sections and projected sections set from the thickness of the copper-plated layer or larger and 50 μm or smaller and to make the area rate of the projected sections set at 5-20% and not to include the recessed sections only or the projected sections only in a circular zone with a radius of 10 mm drawn at an arbitrary location, and the laminated material is manufactured by diffusing the copper-plated steel plates from each other and jointing them while two or more of the copper-plated steel plates are piled up. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
