<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on a doctor in charge appropriate for an emergency patient. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal of an emergency vehicle transmits information identifying the patient, and information identifying a patient's symptom or department to a server device. The server device refers to a past medical treatment history to extract the department, a doctor in charge, a medical institution, etc. from the information identifying the patient. At the same time the server device extracts doctors appropriate for the patient's symptom and medical institutions having medical equipment appropriate for treatment from a medical storage. To comprehensively determine the extracted information, information on the extracted doctors is ranked to find the most appropriate doctor. The server device transmits the information including the information on the doctors, ranking information, etc. to the terminal of the emergency vehicle.
