<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine capable of preventing an enlargement of a tool magazine, in a column moving type working machine capable of selectively performing working with a rotating cutting tool and working while turning a workpiece. <P>SOLUTION: The working machine 10 includes a base 20, a workpiece holding mechanism 52 for selectively holding the workpiece 54 in a fixed state and a turning state, a column 28 movably arranged on the base, a main shaft head 32 liftably arranged on the column, a main shaft 46 rotatably supported by the main shaft head, a cutting tool 12 fixedly held by the main shaft 46 to be used being rotated, and a tool changing device 62 for storing a plurality of cutting tools to be used being rotated. The working machine also includes a cutting tool 14 for working while turning the workpiece, and a tool holder 82 supported by the main shaft head 32 and fixing the cutting tool 14 for working while turning the workpiece. Since the working machine 10 does not need to store the cutting tool 14 for working while turning the workpiece in the tool magazine, the enlargement of the tool magazine can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
