PURPOSE: A digital broadcasting receiving method and a digital broadcasting receiving apparatus using the same are provided to process a signal for a three-dimensional image. CONSTITUTION: A PSIP(Program and System Information Protocol) or PSI/SI(PSI/Service Information) processor(1820) stores EV information of each event by using each EV descriptor within an EIT(Event Information Table). A de-multiplexer(1810) performs PID(Packet IDentifier) filtering about a reference time video stream by using PID information of a video stream. An A/V decoder(1830) performs decoding about elementary stream. An output formatting unit(1840) transmits an EVV stream and the reference time video stream by using the EV information.
