<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sugar chain-capturing substance capable of separating and refining by a simple operation, a sugar chain and/or a sugar derivative for an analysis sample from a biosample containing the sugar chain and/or the sugar derivative. <P>SOLUTION: A sample preparation method is developed, in which a substance A containing a hydrazide group and a sugar chain and/or a sugar derivative are bonded together by hydrazone formation between the hydrazide group of the substance A and a reducing terminal of the sugar chain and/or the sugar derivative, and thereby the sugar chain and/or the sugar derivative for the analysis sample can be separated and refined by a simple operation from the biosample containing the sugar chain and/or the sugar derivative. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
