<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques that facilitate generating useful content based on user interactions, by providing an answer-providing service for facilitating interactions between users who supply questions and users who supply responses to the questions of other users, as well as using the generated content in various ways. <P>SOLUTION: In some situations, users are incentivized to participate in interactions with the answer-providing service in various ways, including by assessing and using levels of expertise of the users, such as in a manner to compare with other users for one or more categories.
