<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a light-emitting device with different light emission colors by using EL layers formed under the same condition in the same apparatus, and provide a light-emitting device with high added values. <P>SOLUTION: A substrate where a transparent conductive layer is formed in advance on a surface to be provided with an EL layer, and another substrate with a different thickness of the transparent conductive layer from the above substrate are prepared. EL layers are formed on these substrates in the same apparatus under the same condition.
